Politique d’expédition
Shipping address:
Wild Rose & Sparrow ships worldwide.** It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.
If you would like to change the shipping address after the order has been placed, you can email us at contact@wildroseandsparrow.com.
Changes to shipping address must be requested within 24 hours after the order is placed and the order must not have been shipped out yet.
Import fees:
Any customs/import fees or duties are the customer's responsibility (for orders being shipped to the customer and in the case of returns).
Orders shipping outside of the US or Canada may be subject to import fees, customs fees, taxes etc that are put in place by the recipient country. These fees are the responsibility of the client. If the recipient refuses the package they are responsible for the fees associated, the cost of the item, and shipping cost of returning the package back to WR&S.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping to all destinations will be calculated at checkout.
Your order will be shipped via USPS if shipping to a US address, Canada Post if shipping to a Canadian address and USPS International if shipping to an international address.
Transit times:
Once the item is shipped out, transit times to US addresses are approximately 3-5 business days (not including possible delays). Transit times to Canadian addresses are approximately 7-14 business days (not including possible delays). Transit times to other international addresses are approximately 20-30 business days (not including customs times and possible delays).
Tracking will be provided for every order and will be sent to you by email once the order is shipped.

Pre-Orders:
The ship by date estimate of pre-order items will be listed in the item description itself. Once shipped out, the transit times will be as listed above. Please note that if the threshold for pre-orders is not met within the pre-order period, Wild Rose & Sparrow reserves the right to refund and cancel pre-orders placed.
Orders containing a pre-order item and a non-pre-order item will ship together at the later shipping date unless separate shipping fees are purchased.

SHIPPING:
For lost or for packages delivered to the wrong address either by mistake of mail carrier or by mistake by the customer when inputting address into their order, WR&S is not responsible for the package, ensuring that it is redelivered correctly, or refunding the value of the order or replacing the lost order with a new shipment. WR&S's responsibility ends when the package is received by the mail carrier. WR&S is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Size exchanges:
For returns for size exchange, store credit in the value of the item ordered will be issued that can be used to repurchase the same item in a different size. Given that the brand (Wild Rose & Sparrow) has covered/paid for the tariff charges on behalf of US customers, a portion of the shipping fee must be repurchased with the size exchange.
