RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Order Cancellations:

Wild Rose & Sparrow only accepts order cancellation requests within a 24 hour window starting from the moment your order is placed. To place an order cancellation request, please reach out via email at contact@wildroseandsparrow.com or via the chat.

Returns Policy:

Wild Rose & Sparrow does not accept cash returns. Wild Rose & Sparrow offers: size exchanges and returns for store credit. In the case of a return for store credit or exchange for different size, please fill out the return request form here to begin the process. If you receive your piece and decide you love another one more, you can return the item only if it is unworn, unsoiled, undamaged, with all tags attached in new condition within 7 days of delivery for a store credit valued at the cost of the item (shipping not included in the refund amount). Return shipment must be shipped back in the original packaging, including the cardboard box that the item was originally shipped in. In this case, cost of shipping the item back for store credit is the responsibility of the client.

TRACKING must be provided via email to contact@wildroseandsparrow.com within 7 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY to be eligible for return for store credit or size exchange. No store credit or size exchange will be issued if the tracking is provided later than 7 days after delivery.

For US and international (excluding Canada) buyers: return shipments should be returned to the address on the package.

Once the return parcel is delivered to our location in Montreal, your return parcel will be evaluated and processed.

Please note: If shipments are refused due to customs fees, the shipments are not returned to us, they are disposed of at an international mail carrier facility. In the instance of a refusal of a package and non-payment of customs fees, as we only issue store credit upon receipt of the item, we cannot and will not be issuing a replacement or store credit, as we did not receive the item because it was destroyed at an international mail carrier facility. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, you must collect the package, paying all applicable customs fees, and then ship it back with paid and tracked postage to ensure it reaches us safely.

Return packages should be shipped with USPS, as that will help prevent shipping and processing delays.

The store credit will be issued when the original item is delivered. Please note that unlimited returns for store credit are not permitted, any additional request for return for store credit can be refused at the discretion of the company. 

In an effort to keep our business sustainable, we do not accept bracketing shopping. If you require assistance with sizing, please contact us and we would be more than happy to help. We also accept size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Orders suspected of being bracketing shopping may be cancelled at our discretion.

Exchanges:

If you receive your piece and decide the size isn't perfect for you, you can return the item unworn, unsoiled with all tags attached in new condition within 7 days of delivery and a different size of the same style will be sent back to you when the original item is delivered. Return shipment must be shipped back in the original packaging, including the cardboard box that the item was originally shipped in. Size exchanges are dependent on availability of the dress in question in the size in question. In the event of a size exchange request where the size requested is not available, a store credit will be issued. Cost of shipping the item back in order to receive a different size is the responsibility of the client.

Damages:

Our team personally checks each piece for quality control and packs each piece with love before shipping them out to you. So every piece is guaranteed to be shipped out in perfect condition. Receiving a damaged piece will therefore be highly unlikely. If damage occurs during transit please email contact@wildroseandsparrow.com for assistance. 

SHIPPING:

For lost or for packages delivered to the wrong address either by mistake of mail carrier or by mistake by the customer when inputting address into their order, WR&S is not responsible for the package, ensuring that it is redelivered correctly, or refunding the value of the order or replacing the lost order with a new shipment. WR&S's responsibility ends when the package is received by the mail carrier. WR&S is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. For the destinations for which tracked shipping is not available as a shipping option, Wild Rose & Sparrow is not responsible for lost packages and/or undelivered packages. For orders where tracked shipping is not available, any shipping insurance is null and will be refunded to the customer. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping address:

Wild Rose & Sparrow ships worldwide.** It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. 

If you would like to change the shipping address after the order has been placed, you can email us at contact@wildroseandsparrow.com.

Changes to shipping address must be requested within 24 hours after the order is placed and the order must not have been shipped out yet.

Import fees:
Any customs/import fees or duties are the customer's responsibility.

Orders shipping outside of the US or Canada may be subject to import fees, customs fees, taxes etc that are put in place by the recipient country. These fees are the responsibility of the client.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping to all destinations will be calculated at checkout.

Your order will be shipped via USPS if shipping to a US address, Canada Post if shipping to a Canadian address and USPS International if shipping to an international address.

Transit times:

Once the item is shipped out, transit times to US addresses are approximately 3-5 business days (not including possible delays). Transit times to Canadian addresses are approximately 7-14 business days (not including possible delays). Transit times to other international addresses are approximately 20-30 business days (not including customs times and possible delays).

Tracking will be provided for every order and will be sent to you by email once the order is shipped.

Pre-Orders:
The ship by date of pre-order items will be listed in the item description itself. Once shipped out, the transit times will be as listed above. Please note that the ship-by date in the listing description is an estimate, not a guarantee. Please note that if the threshold for pre-orders is not met within the pre-order period, Wild Rose & Sparrow reserves the right to refund and cancel pre-orders placed.

Sales, promotions and discounts cannot be combined. Coupon codes cannot be applied on items that are discounted as part of a promotion. Price reductions and sale prices cannot be retroactively applied to purchases made prior to the sale period. Purchases placed during sales cannot be returned for store credit, only for size exchange (subject to availability).
