How do I make sure I'm ordering the right size?
Most of our dresses require you to measure your waist/upper waist and bust. Please use the size chart in every listing to help guide you. You can also use our chatbox size recommender.
If you're still not sure, just sent us a quick message or email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you out!
When will my order ship?
Most pieces from new collections will be pre-order since we create our pieces in small batches in order to stay low waste! The estimated ship time will be listed in each item listing. Pre-order items will often ship out earlier than the estimated ship date.
Pieces that are ready to ship will ship out in 3-5 business days.
How much is the shipping fee?
Cost of shipment of your order will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address destination you enter.
Your order will be shipped via USPS if shipping to a US address, Canada Post if shipping to a Canadian address and USPS International if shipping to an international address.
Will I have to pay import fees?
Orders shipping outside of the US or Canada may be subject to import fees, customs fees, taxes etc that are put in place by the recipient country. These fees are the responsibility of the client. If the recipient refuses the package they are responsible for the fees associated, the cost of the item, and shipping cost of returning the package back to WR&S
How do I take care of my WR&S piece?
Dresses are hand-wash, dry clean and spot clean only.
To get wrinkles out, steam or iron on very low setting.
How long does shipping take?
Once the item is shipped out, transit times to US addresses are approximately 3-5 business days (not including possible delays). Transit times to Canadian addresses are approximately 7-14 business days (not including possible delays). Transit times to other international addresses are approximately 20-30 business days (not including customs times and possible delays).
Tracking will be provided for every order and will be send to you by email once the order is shipped.

Can I change my order once it's placed?
If you would like to change the size of dress after the order has been placed, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Changes to sizing must be requested within 24 hours after the order is placed and the order must not have been shipped out yet.
Changes to the style of dress ordered cannot be made after the order is confirmed, but please feel free to email us if you have any specific concerns.
Can I change my shipping address once after my order is placed?

Every Wild Rose & Sparrow garment undergoes a thorough inspection before being shipped out, including checking the zipper to make sure it works properly. The skirts of Wild Rose & Sparrow dresses tend to be made of many layers of fabric to create the optimal look and signature silhouette, and the zipper may need greater attention when zipping because of the difference in thickness between the skirt and the bodice of the dress. Please see the video below to see how to properly zip it up if you are having difficulties.
Zip from the bottom to the waist line then readjust and zip from the waist to the top. Repositioning at the waist can help if the zipper 'catches' at the waist.
